MT. SEYMOUR RACE THIS WEEKEND!
Strap on your snowshoes, next race is this Saturday at Mt. Seymour. We have great pre-registration with over 100 signed up so it looks like it's going to be another record-breaking race. Come out and test your skills on this great figure 8 course where there's lots of open track, single track, elevation and great views! I hear we're suppose to get a little fresh snow by then as well.
MT. WASHINGTON WAS A PERFECT DAY!
We had an awesome start to the season over on the island at Mt. Washington. They were fantastic hosts once again and we had another beautiful sunny day. We grew tremendously from last years race at 78 racers to this year 146. Lots of new teams and two in particular come to mind, Team Udder with 5 new moms and the Snow Queens, these lovely ladies came in full royalty fashion.
A CHANNEL COVERS FIRST RACE OF THE SEASON!
If you haven't already checked it out on the home page of theyeti.ca then you need to check it out now. A Channels Gord Kurbis stuck around for the whole event and got some great footage and interviews with racers. This was the longest piece of footage to date for the Yeti to make the 6 o'clock news. RACE PREP CLINIC ON TONIGHT
