Hi Racers
I have some last minute news. There will NOT be a race package pick up on Friday April 20 at North Shore Athletics. All race bags can be picked up at registration in Deep Cove before the race. If you have taken the shuttle bus to Deep Cove you can get your racer bags after you have completed the event at Seymour.
Shuttle Bus
This is a last call for the shuttle bus. If you are stuck trying to figure out how to get to the start line in Deep Cove after dropping your car at Seymour or you were planning on leaving your car in Deep Cove and then wondering how am I going to get it after the event, take the shuttle. There is some room left on it and it only costs $5 (which you need to have cash to get on).
Cut Off Time
If you do not make it to Mt. Seymour parking lot by 11:30am we cannot let you continue to the top of Pump Peak. This is for safety reasons and to keep everything on time for the awards.

I wanted to send a big thank you out to Dave Howells who spent some time shoveling out the bridge on Perimeter Trail to make a safe passage through for the Ascent this weekend. Dave is also the course designer and will be setting the course on Friday and pre-running it on Sat morning. 2 Ascents in 2 days, Thanks Dave!
