Welcome everyone to another huge season with the Yeti snowshoe Series! I still can't believe that this is the Yeti's 7th year! Unbelievable how time flies and a series grows! Looking ahead I feel that this is going to be our biggest and best year yet and this is why.
Grouse Mountain Joins The Series!
For those of you that don't know the news yet, Grouse Mountain is now part of the Yeti series. This is something we have wanted since the inception of the Yeti as we could deem the local series as the Triple Crown! Now we can see who will truly be the King and the Queen of the local North Shore mountains! We would like you to help us welcome Grouse Mountain to the Yeti, it will be a match made in the mountains!

Registration And Early Bird
Registration will open for the 2008 Yeti season on Saturday Dec. 1. Early Bird this year will be sign up for 3 or more races and get them for $25 each, this offer will be available until Dec. 24. Regular registration will remain at $35 until the week before each event. Don't miss out on the savings and sign up to be part of the Triple Crown!

This New Years Day Why Not Wig Out With The Yeti!
Come out and join us for the first drop in of the year with your best wig on to wig out! Start the year with a casual afternoon snowshoe run on Mount Seymour. Don't worry, we are not getting going until 1:00pm so you have plenty of time to shake the night before. Wear your best wig and wig a prize, oops I mean win a price.

Where: Mount Seymour Bears Den (Same as Thursday Night Drop In)

Canadian Nationals Out West For 2008!
Over the years The Yeti has made some big announcements and this ranks right up with the best of them. On Saturday March 8th at Cypress Mountain, the Canadian National Snowshoe Championships will be held for the first time ever on West Coast Snow. You don't want to be late for this one as The Yeti predicts it to be the biggest attended snowshoe event in Canadian history and everyone likes to be part of History. The Yeti is looking forward to hosting this event because on this day not only will the Yeti Champion be crowned but so will The fastest snowshoe runner in Canada!
