Rules, Regulations and Points Structure

• Participants must wear a recognized, manufactured pair of snowshoes for the entire race. Each snowshoe must meet the following size requirements

Surface area = 120 sq in - which is 20 inchs long x 7 inches wide

• All bib numbers must be displayed on the front of your jersey or upper leg

• No poles are allowed in the 10k event

• All protest must be received in writing 30 minutes of the final individual crossing the line.

• Winners of each race will be determined by their times of that race, 5K and 10K

• You must at all times stay on the flagged route. if a participant does go off course this may lead to disqualification.
