| Directions: | Only 1/2 hour from downtown Vancouver. Heading across the Lions Gate Bridge, take the 1st exit onto Marine Drive. Get over to the left and turn left at the first set of lights, Capiloano Road and follow the signs to Grouse Mountain at the top of Capilano Road. |
| Check-in & Race Day Registration: | 5K - 7:30am - 9:00am / 10K - 9:00am - 10:30am - Will be held outside Guest Services/Starbucks Coffee shop before you get on the Skyride. YOU WILL NEED TO PAY $5 FOR YOUR SKYRIDE PASS WHEN YOU CHECK IN UNLESS YOU ARE A SKYRIDE PASSHOLDER. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER UP TOP SO PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU CHECK IN AND REGISTER BEFORE YOU GET ON THE SKYRIDE!!! |
| Start Time: | 5K starts at 9:30am - 10k starts at 11am

| Distance: | 5km Sport Course and 10km SnowRun |
| Terrain: | Cat track, single track, powder sections, hiking trails, hills and awesome viewpoints. |
| Refreshments: | Energy Drink, fruit, bagels, cookies and much more. You won't leave hungry. |
| Washrooms: | Parking lot level. |
| Parking: | There will be plenty of FREE parking just before you reach the top of Nancy Greene Way or you can pay for parking in the main parking lot at Grouse. |
| First Aid: | There will be First Aid at the finish line and also as the course sweep. We will be able to access anyone on course in the event of an emergency. |
| Spectators: | Spectators are welcome to come out and cheer everyone on. The best place to view is the start/finish area. |
| Awards/Prizing: | Taylor's Crossing - 1:30pm |
| Snowshoe Rentals: | The Yeti has snowshoes available to rent for all races. Click here for details.Grouse Mountain also has snowshoe rentals. Call their rental dept. for more information. |
